To protect creative integrity, enforce intellectual property rules, and safeguard collaborating creators from severe or bad-faith abuse, we maintain documented enforcement records for substantiated material violations of our Terms of Service and Assets License.

In cases where community blacklisting is enacted, we may share limited, objective records with collaborating creators and community partners. This data processing and disclosure is strictly governed as follows:

• Information Shared

  We share only publicly visible identifiers (such as platform handles, community usernames, social profile links, or related domain names) alongside an objective, factual summary of the documented violation. We never disclose private contact details, raw IP addresses, or sensitive personal data in shared blacklist records.

• Recipients

  Trusted collaborating creators, affiliated repository maintainers, and community moderators to prevent coordinated infringement, false authorship, or repeated platform abuse across creative circles.

• Retention & Rectification

  Blacklist records are retained for the duration of the enforcement sanction. If a sanction is successfully appealed, overturned, or reinstated under our Appeals & Reinstatement procedure, the associated identifier is promptly removed from the shared community blacklist.
